Job Summary

Brand and promotion Expert is responsible for executing the bank’s brand strategy, ensuring that the bank's brand message is communicated consistently and effectively across all channels. The job holder will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders to build and maintain the bank's brand equity, enhance customer loyalty, and drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Monitor the bank's reputation and address any issues that may arise;
  • Manage external vendors, including advertising agencies, designers, and printers;
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts
  • Participate during the preparation of documentaries as deemed necessary
  • Identify new advertising markets and participate in promotion campaign plan development;
  • Gather/update information, make analysis on costs and benefits on promotional requests, and decides worthiness;
  • Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Undertakes promotion impact assessments;
  • Participate in testing and commercializing new products
  • Engages in the creation of incentive programs aimed at attracting or motivating both new and current customers.
  • Participates in the development of new products and/or improves existing ones
  • Conducts customers' needs assessment
  • Participate in an exhibition/trade fair;
  • Follow up on the printing/production processes of promotional materials;
  • Enhance brand enforcement campaigns to educate internal customers;
  • Ensure that all printing communication materials adhere to legal and ethical standards, as well as industry regulations and guidelines;
  • Review, design, and arrange giveaway materials, publications, newsletters, brushers, agendas, and calendars;
  • Ascertains the printing or production of diaries, calendars, and giveaway material;
  • Participate in promotional events such as press conferences, inauguration ceremonies, exhibitions, and visits;
  • Actively engages in advertising and promotional campaign of the Bank.

    Education Qualification and Work Experience

    • B.A Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Management, and other related field of study and 5 years of Experience which, a minimum of 1 years of experience as,
    • Brand and promotion management
    • Business Communication
    • Marketing and communication
    • Event organizer and
    • Public relation related work experience.
