CCMS IT Group is a U.S.-based technology company providing advanced software solutions, AI model development, and global IT services. We're expanding our development team in Ethiopia and looking for a highly experienced WordPress Developer to join us full-time in our Addis Ababa office.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development
- Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Strong experience with Elementor, WooCommerce, and theme/plugin customization
- Familiar with SEO best practices, performance optimization, and security protocols
- Experience with Git/version control
- Ability to handle full website builds from scratch
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain high-performance WordPress websites
- Create and customize themes and plugins
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
- Work with our international team and communicate progress regularly
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
