Senior Digital Marketing Officer - Digital Marketing

Job Objective:

To coordinate role in executing assigned tasks and to coach junior and new staff of the department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the division manager in making sure a data-driven marketing strategy is designed in using the bank’s official digital promotional platforms.
• Play role in manage inter-departmental and external team interaction.
• Prepare periodical reports of the division.
• Manage the promotional expenses related to digital marketing.
• Develop content for social media posts.
• Write blogs for posts on the bank’s website and social media platforms.
• Serve as a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) specialist.
• Prepare the Bank’s annual digital media plan.
• Serve as operations manager
• Edit graphics designs.
• Serve as digital marketing analyst.
• Serve as Social Media Community Manager.
• Coache the division’s Officers and Junior Officers.
• Work with management to review campaign performance KPIs; provide feedback and recommend solutions for improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Description

• Education: MA/BA Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration, Economics or other business-related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 6/8 years banking experience, of which 4 years in the area of Digital Marketing.
