To coordinate role in executing assigned tasks and to coach junior and new staff of the department.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the division manager in making sure a data-driven marketing strategy is designed in using the bank’s official digital promotional platforms.
Play role in manage inter-departmental and external team interaction.
Prepare periodical reports of the division.
Manage the promotional expenses related to digital marketing.
Develop content for social media posts.
Write blogs for posts on the bank’s website and social media platforms.
Serve as a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) specialist.
Prepare the Bank’s annual digital media plan.
Serve as operations manager
Edit graphics designs.
Serve as digital marketing analyst.
Serve as Social Media Community Manager.
Coache the division’s Officers and Junior Officers.
Work with management to review campaign performance KPIs; provide feedback and recommend solutions for improvements.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Description
Education: MA/BA Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration, Economics or other business-related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 6/8 years banking experience, of which 4 years in the area of Digital Marketing.
