Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing the visual identity of our clients' brands. Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the conceptualization and execution of visual design solutions across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with clients, account managers, and cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet and exceed expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to ensure that our work remains innovative and ahead of the curve.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that align with client goals and brand standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer of 3+ years, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual communication.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Previous experience in a creative agency environment is highly desirable.
