General Duty and Responsibility:
- Manages and optimizes KADISCO General Hospital's HR operations, systems, and processes, driving digital transformation to ensure efficient HR service delivery, data integrity, and process optimization.
- This role is crucial for implementing HR technology and leveraging data to support workforce management.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Management: Oversee daily HR workflows, implement HR strategies, develop SOPs, manage HR budgets, resolve complex operational issues, and monitor service metrics.
- HRIS & Digital Transformation: Lead HRIS selection, implementation, and optimization; ensure data integrity; digitalize HR processes; manage digital employee records; troubleshoot systems; and train staff.
- Process Development & Improvement: Design and standardize HR processes; identify efficiency gains; lead reengineering initiatives; develop automation solutions; and ensure continuous improvement.
- IV. Reporting & Analytics: Generate HR reports and dashboards; analyze metrics for insights; provide data-driven recommendations; conduct workforce analytics; and ensure compliance reporting.
- V. Collaboration and Communication: Foster a positive working environment through effective collaboration with all hospital stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR/related field.
- 4-6 years progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in HR operations management and HRIS implementation.
- Healthcare experience and HR certification are a plus.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong HR operations & systems knowledge, data analysis, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and change management skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations.
