Requirements

Qualification & Experience

• BA/BSc Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
• Strong and practical knowledge of import and export procedures, customs regulations, and clearance processes
• Solid understanding of international shipping terms (Incoterms), freight documentation, and trade compliance
• Experience working with shipping lines, customs authorities, transporters, and regulatory bodies
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and logistics management systems

Key Responsibilities

•  Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including import, export, transportation, warehousing, and delivery
• Plan, monitor, and optimize shipment schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
• Prepare, review, and manage all logistics and shipping documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
• Liaise closely with clients, customs offices, shipping lines, freight agents, and transporters to ensure smooth movement of cargo
• Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies
