Are you passionate about driving Ethiopia’s export growth and working at the intersection of trade and technology?
Ethiopia-Exports.com is looking for a senior-level business development professional to lead our efforts in onboarding verified Ethiopian exporters to our digital marketplace. You’ll be building relationships with manufacturers, cooperatives, and industry bodies—helping them gain global visibility and export opportunities.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute a nationwide exporter acquisition strategy
• Build partnerships with associations, chambers, and export councils
• Lead onboarding and account management for high-value exporters
• Play a key role in scaling one of Ethiopia’s most promising export platforms
Who we’re looking for:
• 4+ years in B2B sales, business development, or export trade
• Deep understanding of Ethiopia’s export ecosystem
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong network in manufacturing/agriculture/trade sectors is a plus
Compensation: Competitive base + commission + growth opportunity
