Job Summary:
The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction project activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of total work experience in construction projects.
- At least 6 years of experience in road construction projects.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions.
Reporting & Supervision: Reports to the Project Manager or Construction Manager.
