Job Summary
The Senior Performance and Learning Expert is responsible for supporting the implementation of the company's strategic objectives by designing, implementing, and administering the Performance Management Framework. The role also enhances employee productivity, competency, and organizational performance through effective learning and development programs and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) or Master's Degree (MA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Development Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor the organization's Performance Management Framework.
- Ensure employees and teams clearly understand organizational goals and performance expectations.
- Align individual and team performance with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee competency and productivity.
- Monitor the effectiveness of performance management and learning initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Support managers in implementing performance evaluation and employee development processes.
- Prepare performance and learning reports for management.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
