Senior System Administrator

Job Summary

• Senior System Administrator is responsible for the crucial job of maintaining the computer systems of the Bank. In addition he/she will be responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring and upgrading of Operating System, End User applications, IT equipment and Support systems.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer engineering or any other equivalent field.
• Professional certification in MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or A+ is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience

Technical Competencies

• Experienced Service Management professional.
• Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines.
• Knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
• Excellent customer facing/customer service skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of IP networks traffic, firewalls, routing and switching
• Able to troubleshoot IT equipment
