Senior System Administrator is responsible for the crucial job of maintaining the computer systems of the Bank. In addition he/she will be responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring and upgrading of Operating System, End User applications, IT equipment and Support systems.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer engineering or any other equivalent field.
Professional certification in MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or A+ is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
Technical Competencies
Experienced Service Management professional.
Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines.
Knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
Excellent customer facing/customer service skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Understanding of IP networks traffic, firewalls, routing and switching
Able to troubleshoot IT equipment
