Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for ensuring the Bank’s talent acquisition Corporate Organs Unit is designed to attract, recruit, select, and remunerate employees equipped to contribute to the achievement of the Bank’s vision, mission, and strategic focus.
Job Requirements
- Educational and Work Experience Requirements: BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or a business-related field of study. Four (4) years of Banking work experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or more in a relevant position is mandatory.
