Main Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Show Room Coordinator I, the Show Room Attendant I is responsible for:
- Receiving calls and visitors at the showroom and directing them to their destination.
- Attending to customer needs and providing information on company products.
- Giving orientation and briefing to customers on technical features and after-sales support issues of vehicles.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives calls and visitors at the showroom, determines the nature of their business, and directs them to their destination.
- Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers.
- Greets clients and visitors when they enter and leave the showroom/building.
- Ensures everyone is helped.
- Maintains lead tracking system as well as contact info for showroom records.
- Ensures the accuracy of all appropriate information written on every lead and contact sheet.
- Communicates with customers via email, phone, and in person.
- Schedules appointments for Sales Engineers/Officers.
- Hands out marketing material or promotional leaflets to walk-in customers.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the showroom and reception areas.
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
- Provides assistance to other marketing job functions including, but not limited to, communication, data entry, and reporting.
- Represents the company with a professional demeanor and appropriate attire.
- Performs other similar activities as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification
- From recognized college/TVET level II /10+2/ certificate in Auto-mechanics/General Mechanics or other relevant field of study, Salesmanship training, and 2 years related work experience.
Or
- From recognized college/TVET level I /10+1/ certificate in Auto-mechanics/General Mechanics or other relevant field of study, Salesmanship training, and 4 years related work experience.
