New Opening: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of our building project. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations on-site, maintain quality standards, and manage the construction team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Monitor and manage the performance of subcontractors and site workers.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and resolve on-site issues promptly. 
• Maintain proper documentation of work, materials, and manpower.

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building regulations. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
