Job Summary:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of our building project. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations on-site, maintain quality standards, and manage the construction team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Monitor and manage the performance of subcontractors and site workers.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation of work, materials, and manpower.
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
