The job holder is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding, to attract skilled professionals aligned with the bank's strategic goals, developing effective strategies, maintaining talent pipelines, ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labor laws, and enhancing the bank's employer brand to meet both current and future staffing needs.
Educational Requirements:
- A minimum of a BA Degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Human Resources Management/Business Management/ Management/Business Administration or a business-related field of study.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of Banking work experience.
