Role Summary
The role holder is responsible to ensure that material receipt / shipment in the ware house is maintained and tracked in an organized manner.
Reports To
Warehouse Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Material receipt / shipment in the ware house, which are maintained and tracked in an organized manner and solve discrepancies / issues, if any;
- Support all other ware house activities in coordination with Warehouse Supervisor and stand in for him during Holidays / Sickness, as and when required;
- Ensure inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results;
- Ensure Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company and UNC policy;
- Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service, work practices and safety conscious behavior;
- Liaise with drivers, customer service and Logistics and warehouse personnel for smooth operation.
- Assisting to maintain the warehouse clean and tidy;
- Administrative duties as and when assigned.
- Any other job given by Management time to time.

Minimum Requirements
- BA Degree in Management, Supplies Management, Logistics Management, Economics, Business Management,
- 2 years experience in warehouse operations preferably in import/export company.
