ABOUT THE JOB

POSITION: Wet Utilities Engineer - Infrastructure

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Fixed Term Contract

QUALIFICATION :

• A BSC degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in airports is advantageous.

Age :- Not more than 50 years old

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of wet utilities, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Expertise in global standards for water supply, wastewater, and storm-water management systems (e.g., ASCE, AWWA, FIDIC).
• Proven track record in designing and implementing wet utility systems for large-scale airport projects.
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software (e.g., EPANET, SWMM, Water CAD) for efficient water distribution and drainage.
• Experience in eco-friendly and sustainable water management practices, including rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling.
• Thorough understanding of environmental regulations, aviation standards, and infrastructure codes related to wet utilities.
• Skilled in coordinating with civil, structural, and environmental teams to ensure seamless integration of wet utilities into the overall airport infrastructure.
• Expertise in overseeing the installation and testing of wet utility systems, ensuring quality and safety.
• Ability to address complex design and construction challenges related to water systems in a high-capacity airport setting.
• Expertise in trenchless technology, pumping stations, and pressure management systems.

LANGUAGE

• Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.
