Purpose of the Program
Currently, we are seeking new graduates to join our Bank for the three months Young Graduate Trainee – IT (YGT- IT) Program, designed to provide a strong knowledge of all technological aspects of our business. The program combines a series of classroom and on-the-job training opportunities in various areas, with the purpose of preparing you for next role in the area that maximizes your strengths, ambitions and aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Complete in-depth training modules to help you better understand our practices, operation and business strategies
- Maintain positive work habits that are conducive to the bank growth and profitability
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
- A good team player with strong passion to the industry
- Execute other tasks as assigned
Educational Requirement
- BSc. Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other IT related fields, with a minimum CGPA of 3.25
- Only Graduates of 2025 G.C. are eligible to apply.
