Role Description

This is a part-time/contract hybrid role in Addis Ababa, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Team Member, you will contribute to executing our upcoming program aimed at growing the startup ecosystem in Ethiopia. Your day-to-day tasks may include marketing, operations/logistics, partnership relations, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with community engagement activities. This role offers you the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team dedicated to driving entrepreneurship in the region.

Qualifications

• Passion for entrepreneurship and a strong interest in the startup ecosystem
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of the local startup ecosystem and entrepreneurship landscape is a plus
