Ahadukes Food Product S.C. is a manufacturing company primarily engaged in food products, Biscuits and Pasta in Bishoftu town of Oromia state. It is a joint investment between Ahadu P.L.C & UK based Vasari investment Group. We hence, invite qualified applicants for the following vacant position. Role purpose General: Based on the overall business goals and the marketing strategy and tactics of the company as well as the brand strategies for individuals and group of brands, the trade marketing manager is responsible for Developing and execute all BTL marketing activities and events. Manage coordinate and control the activity of both staff under the unit and third parties involved to support trade and consumer marketing execution. Duties & Responsibilities: Identify event opportunities that help to achieve marketing and brand objectives based on analysis of internal and external information Develop trade and consumer activation plan based on foreseeable facts and insights with clear objectives, recourse requirement, and timeline by showing strategic and tactical integration with the brand marketing strategy. Develop and constantly update event Procedure including 3rd party requirement and recruitment procedure Develop annual retail level activation plan and their monthly action plan and effectively and efficiently execute them upon their approval Develop and constantly update POS item identification, deployment and tracking procedure. Provide all relevant market information to sales and other internal functions Properly control and manage the consumer database Identify and Select critical market information to initiate research Manage the implementation of POS item Identification, Deployment and Tracking procedure. Control Usage and Removal of any communication material based on the procedure. Ensure the proper tracking of POS item both in the warehouse and market. Measurement of the execution effectiveness of the team according to KPIs Terms of Employment - Permanent/Indefinite; Qualification: BA Degree or above in business-related fields Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience on event/festivals, brand building Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and internet usage Fluency in written and spoken English and excellent report writing skills.
