Duties and Responsibilities
- Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system.
- Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information.
- Being extremely organized and detail-oriented to track all communications related to client invoices.
- Preparing reports and analyzing accounts receivable status, aging, and collection performance for management review.
- Understanding basic financial concepts like taxes, profit and loss, and identifying potential areas of risk or loss.
- Efficiently handling customer payments through the Tele Birr platform, ensuring timely and secure transactions.
- Accurately accounting for and transferring Tele Birr payments to designated bank accounts, maintaining clear records.
- Communicating with clients to collect outstanding payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely settlements.
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to execute financial instructions and build positive client relationships.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of receivables, preparing periodic reports, and supporting internal audits as needed.
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience
