Ethiopian Airlines Group invites qualified applicants for the position of Adjunct Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) in the Aviation Industry.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, earned in residence through a full-time program at an accredited institution.
- INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: Relevant HR experience in the aviation industry, including roles in recruitment, training, and employee relations is desirable.
Expertise in:
- Human Resource Management: In-depth understanding of HRM principles, theories, and practices, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Aviation Industry Insight: Familiarity with the unique HR challenges and practices within the aviation sector, including safety regulations, labor relations, and workforce diversity.
- HR Technology: Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), recruitment software, and performance management tools.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data-driven decision-making to enhance HR practices.
LANGUAGE
- Knowledge of the working language, English, is mandatory.
