Job Title:
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflows, coordinating logistics activities, and assisting in communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in administrative or related roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative and logistics-related operations.
- Support day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Liaise with external partners including telecom service providers, hotels, hospitals, and other institutions.
- Handle administrative documentation, filing, and reporting tasks.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal coordination.
- Monitor progress of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Handle other administrative and logistics duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong work ethic and professional discipline.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in office tools and basic computer applications is an advantage.
