Job Summary
Responsible for the efficient and effective management of technical applications within the organization. oversee the Preparation of work order from call center & technical apps., perform all data entry work, and update status accordingly.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor all requests from call center and process orders as per the procedure.
- Monitor the status of technician and schedule work according to time and labor force.
- Analyze various order and requests and assign it to appropriate staff with guide of decision chart.
- Interface with customers & requesters to ensure completion of work orders.
- Administered status of all work orders and provide support as pre the requirement
- Prepare work order form using CMMS, perform all data entry work, and update status accordingly.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration and compatibility between applications and infrastructure
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
Job Requirements
- Computer skill
- Good troubleshooting understanding.
- Have the ability to work under pressure when required.
- Capability to anticipate the tasks performed.
- Basic English writing/reading/listening/speaking
Education
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience

- English
