Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordination and management of BFSI (Banking Financial Services Insurance) sales team efforts to generate business for the company with the direction of the Sales Manager
  • The general duties of the Sales Team Lead (BFSI) are to work with the Sales Manager, and other members of the sales and marketing team in the generation and management of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflect the current and anticipated business strategy, annual and quarterly business plans on the assigned set of accounts. This will be achieved through working with and management of the marketing, Channel and Solution team generating on all data and following through with client engagement, key account management, engagement with key stakeholders, and potential partner organizations with a subsequent action plan to convert opportunities to tenders and tenders to contracts( Revenue).
  • Undertake key research to understand the business and project drivers of BFSI sector customers, and potential opportunities.
  • Utilize the market research team (Marketing Team), develop, and manage an up-to-date understanding of the digital transformation alignment of the country over the agreed plan period; using the information to consider the implications for the BFSI sector.
  • Prepare, execute, and report quarterly goals for the SM.
  • Conduct competitive advantage on all Bid/PI and make sure proper insight has been generated and submitted to management for margin decision
  • Make sure error free BID/EOI/SD/PI is prepared by the AE and ISRs and submitted to the client.
  • Fully own SD/Bid/EOI/PI process flows on a set of BFSI accounts assigned for the team; make sure each RFP is responded to with full compliance to the customer requirement by coordinating the ISR, AE, Solution Architect, and Pre-Sales Engineers
  • Enhance AE and ISR staff development capabilities and work with them to achieve their winning targets.
  • Analyze the customer base across IE Networks to establish a common approach to retention and growth
  • By Focusing on the top 2 BFSI sectors, develop comprehensive communication and solutions that can benefit the company using BANT sales qualification methodology.
  • Manage Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives of the assigned category of Multinational and BFSI accounts.
  • Be able to both take the lead on client relationships, but equally introduce to the AE and ISRs and ensure a robust client relationship management strategy/delivery
  • Ensure effective management and customer satisfaction survey Prepare programs of external communication, customer engagement, and brand promotion that will contribute to the achievement of IE Networks’ objectives.
  • Engage with departments with both accounts to anticipate potential business opportunities and implement actions that will position IE Networks with a differentiated advantage
  • Works closely and collaboratively with all departments.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Information Technology or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, Preferably in Banking and Insurance with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
