Job Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
- Work Experience & Required Skills: 5/7 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager or equivalent core banking business related job positions.
Additional Requirements & Details:
- Strong understanding of core banking operations, branch performance management, and customer service excellence.
- Proven ability to manage teams, support business growth, and achieve operational targets.
- Good knowledge of banking policies, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and staff engagement.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced banking environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking systems is an advantage.
