Job Purpose:
As a Brand & Sales Ambassador, you will represent IKA externally, strengthen the brand image, create awareness, and generate sales opportunities through targeted marketing and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue development within the assigned sales territory.
- Expand market share independently and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the local contact for IKA customers and channel partners, maintaining strong relationships.
- Implement local sales and marketing activities as directed by sales management.
- Visit existing and potential customers/channel partners to present IKA solutions.
- Identify sales opportunities across targeted industries and ensure successful deal closures.
- Support local channel partners in promoting IKA and closing sales opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries and provide feedback on IKA’s portfolio, collaborating with other departments.
- Provide insights on customer requests, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer data and report activities via the IKA CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Highly motivated and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IKA products and applications.
- Identification with the IKA brand.
- First experience in sales preferred.
- Reliable, professional, and quick learner with a strong desire for knowledge.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong English language skills (spoken and written).
- Technical or scientific education is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Driving license and own car are desirable.
