HornLand Investment Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Business Development Specialist to support the company’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, finance, or related fields, with proven experience in identifying business opportunities, developing partnerships, and supporting strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and business analysis
- Prepare business proposals, concept notes, and reports
- Support project planning, implementation, and monitoring activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Contribute to organizational growth and revenue generation strategies
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- MA in Project Management, Finance, or related fields
- BA in Project Management, Finance, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience for MA holders
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience for BA holders
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in business development and project coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
