Requirements:
- Hold a B.A. Degree / Diploma in Accounting and Finance, Management, or related fields from a recognized university/college.
- Possess a minimum of 0-1 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process transactions to the cash register by effectively handling cash and credit card payments.
- Manage daily balancing and reconciling of office accounts and handle daily bank deposits.
- Document bank transactions by processing cash deposits proactively.
- Enforce credit policies to ensure timely payments from defaulters and patients with extended credits.
- Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Transfer income activities into accounting applications such as QuickBooks, ensuring data integrity.
- Record returned cash into patient accounting systems and initiate follow-up.
- Maintain petty cash logs, receipts, and balances.
- Coordinate with the finance department to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Handle cash clearing and credit balancing activities, investigating unidentified accounts.
- Assist at the front desk with patient admissions and provide information to patients, families, and visitors.
- Accept payments, process credits, and provide receipts.
- Balance cash and generate reports for all sales.
- Maintain a favorable working area.
- Ensure positive work relationships with other health professionals.
- Exhibit honesty and professionalism at all times.
