We are looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth in a competitive fintech landscape.

Role Overview:

As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand, drive user acquisition, and increase revenue. You will work closely with the executive team to position our payment gateway as a leader in the industry, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish brand authority and drive market penetration.
  • Growth & Acquisition: Lead customer acquisition campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase merchant onboarding and consumer adoption.
  • Brand Positioning: Define and refine our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications.
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Development: Work with banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners to create co-marketing initiatives that expand our reach.
  • Product Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee paid media, SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies to optimize conversion rates.
  • Customer Insights & Analytics: Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making, enhance customer experience, and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • PR & Thought Leadership: Establish the company as a thought leader in the fintech space through media engagement, industry events, and content strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong track record of driving growth and scaling marketing efforts in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, growth hacking, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and scale a marketing team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in fintech is a plus.
