Role Purpose:
The CFRO is responsible for managing accountability and feedback mechanisms for cash assistance to IDPs and returnees across Oromia and Amhara regions.
Scope of Role:
Reports to: Field Coordinator
Dimensions: Works technically with MEAL Team
Context: Emergency cash assistance for IDPs and returnees
Key Areas of Accountability:
Accountability & Community Feedback Management: Establish and manage functional Complaints and Feedback Response Mechanisms (FRM).
Registration Phase Support: Be present during registration exercises and collect community feedback.
Cash Distribution Phase Support: Monitor beneficiary experience and support community sensitization regarding transfer procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in economics, social sciences, public or business administration, or equivalent.
Experience and Skills:
Experience: 2-4 years in customer service, preferably in an NGO.
Skills: Strong communication in English and Somali; ability to multitask effectively.
