Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Manager coordinates enterprise client portfolios, customer feedback logs, service level agreement (SLA) trackers, cross-departmental resolution files, and engagement reports for senior management. Core duties include developing client satisfaction strategies; serving as the main point of contact for high-value accounts; resolving corporate issues; and supporting long-term business development through client trust.
Key Roles & Operational Responsibilities
1. Strategic Relationship Management & Portfolio Governance
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer relationship management strategies designed to boost client satisfaction across all holding company sectors.
- Serve as the primary, high-profile point of contact for corporate accounts, managing inquiries and resolving delicate service issues promptly.
- Foster deep customer trust and loyalty to support ongoing business development and account expansion initiatives.
2. Feedback Monitoring & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Track and review customer feedback regularly, creating practical recommendations to help internal business units improve their service.
- Coordinate directly with internal departments and industrial park teams to secure the timely delivery of corporate services and client solutions.
- Monitor multi-sector accounts to ensure client requests are met accurately and in full alignment with company standards.
3. Analytics, Reporting & Documentation Control
- Prepare regular, data-backed reports tracking customer engagement metrics, satisfaction levels, and relationship outcomes for leadership review.
- Maintain complete accuracy and detail when documenting communication logs, account profiles, and resolution paths.
Foundational Capabilities & Prerequisites
Required Technical Profile & Academic Track
- Academic Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Field Longevity: A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience in customer relationship management, corporate client services, or business development.
- Industry Context: A proven track record managing client portfolios and delivering high-tier service. Direct experience working inside industrial parks or large corporate conglomerate settings is a distinct advantage.
