As we grow both online and in our partner stores, we’re looking for a Customer Service Manager who leads with empathy, passion for wellness, and cares deeply about people.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and oversee the daily customer experience in-store and online
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, messages, and in-person with care and professionalism
  • Recommend products tailored to each customer’s skin needs and self-care goals
  • Monitor, collect, and report on customer feedback
  • Resolve service issues quickly and smoothly
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics to improve the full customer journey
