Job Summary: The Customer Service Officer is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by serving clients with care and efficiency, while also supporting the branch’s resource mobilization efforts through cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services.
- Qualification: BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of banking work experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or in a relevant position
