Position Overview
Nile Travel Agency is seeking a dedicated and versatile Digital Content Producer with expertise in document editing, video editing, graphic design, and AI-based content tools. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can enhance our digital presence while ensuring precise, high-quality document preparation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Design professional marketing materials, social media posts, educational PDFs, and promotional assets (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Edit and format client documents (CVs, academic certificates, application forms, etc.) to professional standards.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and other generative AI platforms to improve content efficiency and quality.
- Manage and update the company website (WordPress/HTML/CSS).
- Provide technical support for office systems and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute digital campaigns.
- Analyze content performance and optimize for reach and engagement.
- Assist in administrative tasks including client documentation and appointments.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, design style, and tone of communication.
- Organize and maintain photography and video equipment for in-house shoots.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Graphic Design, Media Production, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital content creation/management.
- Proven experience in document editing and formatting (CVs, certificates, official paperwork).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator).
- Strong video editing and motion graphics skills tailored for social media.
- Proficiency in managing content using WordPress/HTML/CSS.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content optimization.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and other AI-driven content editing platforms.
- Ability to utilize AI for content creation, script generation, and workflow automation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, and document editing work.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
