Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Documentation Officer to support day-to-day documentation and administrative activities. The role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving around different areas of Addis Ababa using local transport when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records
- Handle document filing, data entry, and typing tasks accurately
- Support office administrative work related to documentation
- Deliver, collect, and process documents from different offices or locations when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts professionally
- Ensure documents are properly updated and stored for easy access
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field
- Good communication skills in both Amharic and English
- Good command of computer applications, especially typing and basic office software
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Hardworking, dependable, and willing to move around the city using local transport
