Electrical Engineer – Office Operations (Female)

About the Role

We are seeking a fast, self-oriented, active, and systematic Female Electrical Engineer – Office Operations to join our solar light production company. This role combines hands-on technical work with office operations and coordination, providing a comprehensive platform for professional growth. Candidates with 0.5 to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of solar electrical products in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Perform technical tasks, including circuit design, product testing, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Coordinate office engineering activities, such as project planning, task assignments, and resource allocation.
• Monitor the production process and ensure quality standards are met.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to procure electrical components.
• Prepare and analyze data for product performance evaluations.
• Provide technical support for operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards.
• Contribute to developing innovative solutions for product improvement.
• Maintain a well-organized engineering and project documentation system.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electrical engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar).
