Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ERP Implementation & Development Intern with zero years of experience who is eager to learn and build a career in ERP systems. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Accounting and/or Computer Science who want hands-on exposure to ERP configuration, customization, and business process analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ERP system implementation and configuration
- Support business process mapping and documentation
- Work with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements
- Participate in ERP module testing and user acceptance testing
- Assist in report development and customization
- Provide basic technical and functional support
- Help in preparing user manuals and training materials
- Learn ERP development tools and frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GL, AR, AP, Inventory, etc.)
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL, C#, Python, Java, or similar)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
