Position Summary: The Event and Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing innovative event ideas, event planning, and marketing, thereby planning, organizing, and overseeing all promotional events, marketing campaigns, and brand development activities. This role aims to enhance the visibility, reach, and impact of Maxbridge’s educational and development programs locally and internationally.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BA in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
- Ample experience in the financial sector is an asset.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning and marketing, preferably in the Training, education, and business consultancy sector.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and design software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Work Environment and Expectations:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for event execution.
- Travel may be required for off-site events and promotional activities.
