Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Property Manager and executive team.
- Handle tenant communication, including responding to inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests.
- Prepare and manage property documents, lease agreements, and reports.
- Assist in scheduling property inspections, maintenance, and viewings.
- Maintain digital and physical records of all property transactions and correspondence.
- Liaise with service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely property upkeep.
- Monitor rent collections, invoice tracking, and basic bookkeeping related to property operations.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
