Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Property Manager and executive team.
  • Handle tenant communication, including responding to inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests.
  • Prepare and manage property documents, lease agreements, and reports.
  • Assist in scheduling property inspections, maintenance, and viewings.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of all property transactions and correspondence.
  • Liaise with service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely property upkeep.
  • Monitor rent collections, invoice tracking, and basic bookkeeping related to property operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
