Join Our Team as Experienced Building Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Building Manager to take full responsibility for a G+7 apartment building.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the property, including:

•  Maintenance & Operations: Overseeing and coordinating all maintenance services to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Financial Management: Managing rent collection, and ensuring the timely payment of monthly utilities and government revenues.
• Reporting: Handling all necessary government reporting and communications.
• Marketing & Leasing: Leading marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates.
• Facility Upkeep: Controlling and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the premises.
• Security: Managing building security to ensure a safe environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Education: BA degree in Management, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar building management role is mandatory. 
• Residency: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Lemi Kura or Bole Sub-City.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience. 
• Duty Station: Lemi Kura S/C, Ayat, behind Abebech Gobena Hospital (near Mekedonia).
• The office is located in the Gurdsholla Holy City Building.
