Finance Intern

This internship opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students looking to build practical experience in finance, accounting, reconciliation, and compliance within Ethiopia’s investment banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recording of daily financial transactions and preparation of payment vouchers.
• Assist in bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Help prepare financial reports and budget variance analysis.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Deliver weekly and monthly financial reports as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
