Duty and Responsibilites
- Issuing and receiving purchased and transferred items
- file and manage documents
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Handle Customers in the office and work sites
- Ensure cleaning works in the office and site stores
- Report on the general service works performance

- Assist visitors to projects when required
Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum College diploma and degree
- Previous experience in a similar role
