Job Summary:
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, handling guest inquiries, supporting front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming and professional hospitality experience. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly guest service at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Support front desk and reservation operations.
- Maintain accurate guest information and records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general hotel information.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and hospitality.
- Handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
