Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Two years and above of related experience

- Create training materials and user-friendly guides tailored to various hospitality roles
- Collaborate with hotel management teams to identify areas for improvement
- Proven track record in training, coaching, or consultative roles
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt complex operational concepts for diverse audiences
