Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of burgers, pizzas, and chicken dishes according to standard recipes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering ingredients when needed.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and support team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Suggest new burger, pizza, or chicken recipes and improvements to existing menu items.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a chef or cook specializing in burgers, pizzas, and chicken-based meals.
- Knowledge of different burger patties, pizza dough types, sauces, toppings, and chicken preparation techniques (grilled, fried, baked, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and during busy hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality.
