Required Qualifications:
- BA/BSc degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in import/export operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Deep knowledge of Ethiopian import/export laws, customs procedures, NBE foreign exchange guidelines.
- Proven experience working with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and governmental regulatory bodies.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
