Internal Auditor

About the Job: THG is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to strengthen internal controls and support organizational efficiency. The successful candidate will evaluate financial and operational processes, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate internal control systems and risk management processes.
• Conduct financial and operational audits.
• Assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Recommend improvements for operational efficiency and cost control.
• Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
• Assist in fraud prevention and investigation activities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in auditing or accounting

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and internal control frameworks
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• IFRS certification and experience working in a packaging company is advantageous
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
