Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to help maintain and improve IT systems for our clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and dependable technical performance.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
- Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network faults.
- Provide user support via phone, chat, and in-person sessions, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Prepare documentation, technical procedures, and reports.
- Set up new user accounts, permissions, and profiles; manage password resets.
- Support the rollout and testing of new applications and technologies.
- Maintain diagrams, manuals, and other documentation for systems and processes.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open tickets to meet service-level expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships across teams and with client contacts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and network systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
