Junior Electrician

Job Summary

InspireTech Engineering PLC is looking for a young, energetic, and motivated Junior Electrician to join our growing team. The role involves installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems, as well as identifying and defining technical specifications for different technological products to support company operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, mount, and commission electrical and electronic equipment at client and company sites.
• Perform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of installed systems.
• Ensure all equipment operates according to required technical standards and specifications.
• Identify and recommend appropriate specifications for different technology products and solutions.
• Support procurement by providing technical input on equipment selection.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system manuals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Provide basic technical support and training to users when required.

About You

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, and configurations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with standard ESD guidelines and practices.
• Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of harnessing and safe electrical wiring practice.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site and travel when required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with installation of low-voltage systems, networking, or automation equipment.
• Familiarity with technical specification preparation.
• Basic understanding of IoT or smart systems.
