Job Summary

The Junior Nurse Professional will provide basic nursing care and clinical support under the supervision of senior medical staff. The role focuses on assisting in patient care, monitoring vital signs, supporting treatment procedures, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols. The position is ideal for early-career nurses who are passionate about patient care and professional growth in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing direct patient care under supervision of senior nurses and medical professionals.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report any abnormalities promptly.
• Support patients with daily care activities such as hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Prepare and organize medical equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Administer basic nursing care as assigned in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and infection prevention standards are strictly followed.
• Support doctors and senior nurses during medical procedures and ward rounds.
• Communicate respectfully and effectively with patients and their families.
• Follow hospital policies, ethical standards, and patient safety protocols.

Qualification & Experience

• B.C Degree in Nursing
• 0–2 years of work experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
